#globalwarming is caused by human activity, primarily by industrialized countries. The problems it causes are everybody's problems. #Industrialized countries tends to have more resources to mitigate the problems and seems to choose that path instead of the removing the cause. Poor countries can not reduce emission that makes a difference and has few options to handle #climate #risk.
