Here are some things, and this is a partial list. Before you do anything, evaluate where you're at and what you can reasonably expect yourself to do. It's not *all* on you or anyone else, so don't over-commit. </p><p>- Most people can make some choices about consumption. What you purchase and from where you purchase it. If you are struggling to make ends meet, this may be all you can do.</p><p>- Some people have time and good phone plans. If that's you, you can also call your <a href="https://beige.party/tags/senators" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>senators</span></a> and your <a href="https://beige.party/tags/congress" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>congress</span></a> critter (gender-neutral term).</p><p>- Some people have time and mobility. If that's you, you can show up. This can mean protesting, volunteering, etc.</p><p>- Some people have money. If that's you, you can support independent journalists, or <a href="https://beige.party/tags/candidates" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>candidates</span></a> running against <a href="https://beige.party/tags/fascism" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fascism</span></a>, legal funds, community organizations, etc.</p><p>- Some people have skills, and time or money. If that's you, you can run for office, volunteer in your community, or get together with community members to address an unmet community need.</p>
