Pixel art of a mechanical symphony, where the air hums with the echoes of a thousand tiny hammers. A labyrinth of metal and glass, each panel a weathered eye gazing out from the belly of a beast that roams the stars. The floor, a battlefield of discarded dreams, strewn with the shrapnel of invention and the bones of broken machines. Robotic arms, a forest of metallic limbs, twist and reach like ancient trees, their tools and grips the leaves that whisper secrets in the wind. A rectangular altar of industry, a workbench groaning under the weight of its mechanical offspring, components spilled like entrails onto the cold, hard ground. A cylindrical leviathan, its surface a tapestry of scars, stands sentinel, a ladder clinging to its side like a vine. Light, a warm, ruddy beast, prowls the room, its claws of illumination raking across the landscape of rust and wire, casting long, dramatic shadows that dance macabrely on the walls. The image has a CRT filter applied.

Waltz of the Ribbons
A little tribute to my favorite game Journey

The artwork shows 4 people dancing under the dome. They wear blue robes decorated with patterns and long blue hats. They have scarves curving around their bodies. Two of them watch jellyfish made of ribbons and some let go of their kites. There's a blue dragon circling around the ceiling and some barely visible water around it. The roof is decorated with patterns. The artwork is inspired by the game "Journey". It's mostly blue, yellow and red.

His journey went from Unbound (SDF modeling) to ZBrush (some sculpted details) to Blender (Cycles rendering).

Then, a bit of post-processing in Affinity Photo and PhotoScape X (Pro).

$Pixel art of a kingdom of upright sentinels, their bark the color of aged earth and secrets. Each trunk a weathered column, etched with the calligraphy of time, anchoring roots that sprawl like grasping fingers across the moss-velvet floor. Above, a riot of emerald spills from interwoven branches, a leafy ocean stirred by unseen breezes. Scattered amongst the green, sapphire whispers bloom - fleeting jewels in a boundless crown. A silver vein, a liquid mirror, unwinds through the heart of this place, reflecting a fractured sky. Light dances on its surface, broken into shimmering scales. The trees lean inward, sharing confidences, their canopies a vaulted ceiling woven with sun-dusted threads.
