I finished watching #Supergirl and the relationship between trans superhero #Dreamer aka #NiaNal and her boyfriend #Brainy. Unfortunately, I think it wasn't told very well. It feels not authentic, they rarely spend time together, and despite both actors being so wonderful, there is little chemistry between them. Sometimes I felt very angry at the production team for doing something so rare and desperately needed and then giving it so little attention. But Nia Nal's transness is not a single time an issue between them, and that's the only screen relationship between a trans woman and a man that I know of that does not use her trans background as a conflict between them. I think the show deserves a lot of respect just for doing this. Despite the shortcomings, it gave me very intense moments, and there are scenes that made me cry. If this is representation you need, I would recommend watching it. #trans #translove #transrepresentation #dccomics

Have been reading some comics recently

One annoyance I'm finding is the inconsistency of what the characters are wearing between scenes. One could be knocked out while wearing civilian clothes, and wake up in costume in stranger's bed, etc. Worst I'm have noticed in the costume changing within the same fight scene.

Is there no QC?
