Capybara :fedora:<p>Nice nice I installed <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/fedora" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>fedora</span></a> silverblue and now it takes 10 minutes to install 5 packages 🙌</p>
Emilia Jarochowska 🇺🇦🌱<p>I’ve had this 2015 MacBook Pro lying in a closet for 4 years. Just gave it a second life by installing <a href="https://circumstances.run/tags/fedora" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>fedora</span></a> <a href="https://circumstances.run/tags/linux" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>linux</span></a>. It can still serve a good few years 🫡 and I just needed to up the privacy <a href="https://circumstances.run/tags/ZeroWaste" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ZeroWaste</span></a></p>

halfa<p>So I'm going back to <a href="https://mastodon.tedomum.net/tags/fedora" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>fedora</span></a>, that I've been running on the laptop for close to 10 years now. My only quill with it is the lack of ZFS support, as I would have liked to make a ZFS pool out of the old Windows Storage pool (5T+3T+2T).</p>
Steven Rosenberg<p>I have a theory about 6-month Linux and BSD upgrades having their own kind of "stability" because there's not as far to go between releases <a href="https://zola.passthejoe.net/blog/six-month-stability/" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">zola.passthejoe.net/blog/six-m</span><span class="invisible">onth-stability/</span></a></p><p><a href="https://ruby.social/tags/Linux" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Linux</span></a> <a href="https://ruby.social/tags/Fedora" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Fedora</span></a> <a href="https://ruby.social/tags/Silverblue" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Silverblue</span></a> <a href="https://ruby.social/tags/OpenBSD" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OpenBSD</span></a> <a href="https://ruby.social/tags/Debian" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Debian</span></a> <a href="https://ruby.social/tags/Ubuntu" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Ubuntu</span></a></p>
