Pine trees line the distant shore of a lake, backlit against a stormy blue-gray sky. In the foreground, on a snowy bank, a solitary stone rests. In the Netherlands we call the Callistemon laevis "Lampepoetserplant (lamp cleaner plant)". In the first photo the flower is still in bud. I think the shape is very beautiful. And then a little later you have that cheerful, red brush (2nd photo). It is a subtropical plant, I photographed it on a bush in a garden in Spain. In the Netherlands it is a potted plant that has to be brought inside in the winter when it freezes. #flowers #flower #Spain #gardening #garden #bloomscrolling #photo #photos #travel
From the top left diagonally to the right of the photo, like a garland, the long stem of the Callistemon with a large number of still closed small flower buds around it. The flower buds are always in groups around the stem. It therefore looks like a brush. In the background a clear blue sky with the vague red of the flowers in full bloom.
