“We have now many investigations in the pipeline and in the coming weeks and months, there will be coming several decisions on this field,” Executive Vice President for Tech Sovereignty Henna Virkkunen told reporters at the #DigitalSummit organized by the Polish presidency of the Council of the EU in #Gdańsk.

Na #DigitalSummit #Gdansk wzięliśmy udział w panelu dotyczącym deregulacji rynku cyfrowego – oczka w głowie polskiej Prezydencji.

Z wieloma obserwacjami się zgadzamy:
- brak jasności, jak „stare” regulacje, takie jak RODO, mają się do nowych aktów prawnych jak DSA czy AI Act,
- sprzeczności między nimi lub niepotrzebne dublowanie rozwiązań.
Rozumiemy też frustrację usługodawców, która się z tym wiąże i wspieramy uporządkowanie tej sfery, bo wiemy, że na końcu koszty i tak ponoszą konsumenci.
