The pathetic, bitter wording that blames an EU regulation for being “left with an impossible choice” (ooh poor Meta and its $1.8 trillion market cap 😢) is just another demonstration that yes, #regulation does work and that once a business activity’s negative externalities on society are factored in the costs, some might become economically unsustainable. And from a European perspective, that's just a good thing 👌
I'm happy to leave it to others to let money buy political outcomes.
