Gaza Journalist Identified as Hamas Terrorist Won a Pulitzer; Reuters Can't See the Problem

honestreporting.com/gaza-journ

Israel exposed slain Gaza reporter Anas al-Sharif as a Hamas terrorist. Reuters disclosed that al-Sharif worked for the agency and won a Pulitzer award, but it can’t see how this has compromised its entire winning team. By using journalism’s most prestigious award as cover for terrorism, Reuters played into the hands of Hamas.

Very sketchy #reuters story: “rogue communication devices not listed in product documents have been found in some Chinese #solar power #inverters by U.S experts (…) including cellular radios, have also been found in some batteries from multiple Chinese suppliers (…) Reuters was unable to determine how many solar power inverters and batteries they have looked at.”

Its is totally unclear in which batteries produced by which companies delivered to whom had these modems (?) and if they were on, had SIM cards and so on.

#USAID finds no evidence of #Hamas #Gaza aid looting, #Reuters report
——
A confidential US government review has found no evidence that Hamas systematically stole US-funded humanitarian aid, undercutting a key justification cited by both Israel and the US for supporting a new armed private aid initiative.

The assessment, which has not been made public until now, was carried out by a bureau within the US Agency for International Development and finalized in late June. It reviewed 156 cases of theft or loss involving US-funded aid, as reported by US partner organizations between October 2023 and May 2024.

The analysis concluded there were “no reports alleging Hamas” had gained from the US-funded supplies.
