I’ve seen many posts over the past day concerning the death of Hulk Hogan. Many have been, to put i t nicely, less than respectful, and there has been pushback on that. Having never been a wrestling fan, I’ve only been familiar with Hulk through his cultural impact. I think this #Substack essay lays out a good argument in favor of those with a less than positive outlook on him. It makes some salinet points, at the very least. https://open.substack.com/pub/jaredyatessexton/p/no-heroes-no-kings-notes-on-childhood?r=5jw1z&utm_medium=ios
