Strain over a large rock of clear ice, express an orange peel, and garnish with it. I whipped this up on a whim after a long summer weekend filled with activity. A storm arrived in the evening and I wanted something to go with the chill in the air. I used Doctor Bird as my base, whose funkiness gets elevated by the banana/cacao liqueur.
