People have been debating whether the U.S. is in a #constitutional #crisis for some time.
This argument is pointless because everyone has a different definition of crisis.
However the recent #SCOTUS rulings repeatedly enabled Trump to do whatever he wants; the U.S. #Congress abdicated its duty to provide oversight of the #Trump administration, and docile reactions from the American public at large, you know that the traditional Check and Balance is gone.
USA is a full-on #dictatorship.

2. Codify "Chevron Deference" & standardize independent agencies.
3. Institute mandatory "Wyoming Rule" for HoR reapportionment
4. Put "civil service" protection in the Constitution.
Sure, what Trump has been doing is illegal, by the standard understanding of law and precedent from ~2015. The problem is that it is all *arguable* as legal.
