It’s a fairly mild morning, a little cool at around 5c &amp; we’re only heading to 11c today with more rain forecast. <br>If I want to go for a walk, which I do, I need to get organised &amp; head away soon. I got into rucking as a way to improve my running endurance and form. After some solid advice from @Wolf I loaded up my pack and hit the road. I've outgrown the weights I had so I looked online for some new ones. They're crazy expensive. (Including a 10lb cast iron "tactical" rucking plate for $80 😂) Luckily I found a tutorial on making your own sandbags by filling baggies with sand and wrapping them in duct tape. My total cost? $10. #running #rucking #exercise
