Aktuell wird im Netz diskutiert, ob die Veröffentlichung des Videos durch Selensky 
, mit dem dieser die Mitwirkung von (inzwischen gefangengenommenen) chinesischen Staatsbürgern in der russischen Armee darstellt, gegen das Verbot der entwürdigenden öffentlichen Darstellung von Kriegsgefangenen verstoßen könnte. Das Video ist z.B. bei der @Tagesschau zu finden.
Meine persönliche Meinung hierzu:
Da #China nicht im Krieg mit der #Ukraine ist, können Chinesen in der russischen Armee wohl nur Söldner sein. Söldner sind aber nach Art. 47 des Ersten Zusatzprotokolls zu den Genfer Konventionen von 1977 weder Kombattanten noch Kriegsgefangene. Daher haben sie im Krieg oder nach ihrer Gefangennahme keine Privilegien und für den Umgang mit ihnen gelten nur die elementarsten (humanitären) Grundsätze (Art. 75 ZP I). Selensky hat also mit der Veröffentlichung aus meiner Sicht nicht gegen das Humanitäre Völkerrecht #HVR verstoßen.
Endgültig würde diese Frage jedoch wohl durch den #IStGH zu klären sein.

Falls sich die Situation so bestätigt, wie sie hier in dem vom #zdf veröffentlichten Video https://www.zdf.de/nachrichten/politik/ausland/israel-gazastreifen-retter-getoetet-roter-halbmond-100.html zu erkennen ist, dürfte es sich eindeutig um einen völkerrechtswidrigen Übergriff israelischer Truppenteile auf Kräfte des Roten Kreuzes / Roten Halbmonds #redcrossredcrescent handeln. Dabei sind Kameradinnen und Kameraden des Palästinensischen Roten Halbmonds #PRCS ums Leben gekommen, eindeutig gekennzeichnete, vom #DRK zur Verfügung gestellte Einsatzfahrzeuge wurden zerstört.
Die israelische Regierung muss diesen Übergriff nun rasch und vollständig aufklären, die betreffenden Militärpersonen gehören wegen #Kriegsverbrechen und Verstoßes gegen das Humanitäre Völkerrecht #HVR / International Humanitarian Law #IHL vor Gericht gestellt!
Übrigens: die betreffenden Soldaten könnten, falls Israel nicht tätig wird, jederzeit auch in #Deutschland nach unserem #Völkerstrafgesetzbuch vor Gericht gestellt werden.
