And the , dear god the media.

A few central actors who have insider deals with these industries and execs to spread false narratives in order to confuse the issue own most of the big media outlets.

It's become as a service. Only can be trusted nowadays. Even is being corrupted by the current USb administration, which is nuts.

We can't go on like this and everybody knows it. But what do we do?

@CiaraNi The good news: Here in Europe, we do see these #protests, in media like the Guardian (they have expanded their USA division), or Reuters shows protests even live. The USA have #independentMedia like @TheConversationUS - @TexasObserver @ProPublica and more, support them!

But journalists here have a problem: If you have the choice between 1 Mio people protesting in Seoul, 100 000 in Belgrade (all for Democracy), and 500 somewhere in the USA: what do you choose for reporting?

Oh and mea culpa here, I'm just as guilty as anyone else in the independent media space, of retreating from factual reporting into politically-motivated punditry.

EDIT: I want to clarify that I *never* intentionally misrepresent the facts, here or anywhere, and my political motivation remains the public good. I'm commenting on a shift from on-the-ground gathering of new facts, to mainly giving my opinion on facts gathered by others. See next post.
