Still missing from my studio — besides a general tidying-up — are a few things that would make it feel truly complete: a LEGO corner, both as a playful creative outlet and a space to unwind, and a dedicated retro computer station. As with most corners of the studio, time and money remain the biggest obstacles… closely followed by the ever-elusive free space.

Looking for advice on Bricklink Studio and brick bending.

I'm looking to create instructions for a ring of 3x1 with barrels. In this image, I've bent the first sub-module at 10° for the outside 2 bricks. When I try to add another module (using the connect tool) I get the ghosted bricks shown.

Should I ignore that? Is there a trick to making it accept it? I've done some searching on 'bent brick' and 'ring' for a Bricklink tutorial, haven't found anything.

I think my next #Lego project is to remove and disassemble a few of the sets inside the case so I have spots to cycle other sets back into the display. I had done that with the Dinosaur Fossils set a while back, and I feel like it's time to put it back together and on display again.

Pretty sure this is the only spot in my apartment that might possibly fit the big, beautiful Shuttle Carrier Aircraft without it being subject to me accidentally bumping the wing or tail and knocking the whole fucking thing to the ground lol

I would prefer that it was *inside* that display case, but the Space Shuttle set (which is not nearly as wide) barely fits in there.

The Shuttle Carrier Aircraft set is done! It's also huge and sort of heavy, and I don't know where I'm going to put it yet lol

But wow, what a neat set this was to build! Highly recommend for any fellow NASA dorks like me.

This weeks #Lego #FossilFriday is #Aegirosaurus

In the mid 1800s, a marine reptile fossil was found in Bavaria, Germany by Dr. Oberndorfer.

In 1853, Dr. Johann Andreas Wagner named the "the Oberndorfer specimen", Ichthyosaurus leptospondylus

During WW2 the holotype was destroyed during a bombing raid.

In 2000, Nathalie Bardet and Marta Fernandez named a neotype from a private collection. They renamed the species Aegirosaurus leptospondylus
