But like #patentlaw, #copyright must expire sometime, and not like #disney's #MickeyMouse who's been protected from being #copied for #waltdisney's entire lifetime and 70 years afterwards (1/2)
I was having a conversation with a friend about media formats. She loves going into thrift stores and getting old cassettes which is something we did yesterday.
I asked her why. They are poor quality, rarely last long, and that unforced "stretch" thing they do makes my soul ache, sonically.
She described the ritual of cassettes, of vinyl, of "eight track (?)". She was lost in a world of nostalgia; something I don't have in me. I cannot empathise for the past.
I told her I had never used a cassette. She was shocked. I don't see why. Then I remembered Mickey Mouse.
I must have been small small. Like needing help wiping your bum small. I vaguely remember I had an anamatronic (sp?) Mickey Mouse. When you took off his overalls, a cassette thingie was visible on his back. You put in a cassette, closed it, dressed him again, and pressed play on his...nose? Ear?
He would tell a story with hand movements and facial expressions. And if you were rich and had more than one doll, they would act together.
Does anyone else remember this thing? As I said, I was small small. Am I making this up? Did I actually use a cassette?

The recent Mega Drive packages also brought some new additions for my collection, now consisting of 40 Mega Drive games. 
I already own the the Classic version of World of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck but this game is worth having the original version, too. 
Clothing for #Halloween has made their way to the #Disneyland resort, and here are some of the cuter ones that I saw. The white / beige sweatshirt had a great design. The mummy shirt includes all Fab Six ( #DonaldDuck , #Goofy , #Pluto , #DaisyDuck , #MinnieMouse and #MickeyMouse ) as well as #ChipAndDale . How cute are they?? #DisneyCaliforniaAdventure 1/2

Playing with dialogues for the first cutscene but when my brain gets silly and I start writing stuff like this it's usually time to call it a day 
Discovering the magic of palette swapping so that the owls can be in the background more and also so you can actually see Mickey in darker, Crypt-ier environments.
The new skeleton walk cycle is in the game! What do you think? I like it, but feedback is welcome!
