I hate to say it, but there are a lot of people who believe that they can make their fortune by diligently doing nowt other than 'investing'. And there are investments and 'investments'. And of course in with the herd, there are a substantial group who KNOW they can make their fortunes by bleading the suckers dry.

The game has changed. Its not about denials anymore its about never being asked. If you dont contract with anywhere near enough PCPs, have no urgent cares, with the ER being the only available PCP, and ER docs refusing to do PCP work, you no longer have to deny treatments becaue there is no MD to request treatments. Hope that was clear.
UK & Canada - you need to fight like hell for what you have or this is your fate.
