Saif Musallet was a young Palestinian American from Florida. Beaten to death by Israeli settlers at a nonviolent protest. They blocked the ambulance. He bled out.

This is settler colonial violence, funded by U.S. tax dollars and protected by our foreign policy.

I avoid those who do not seem able to join me where I am, doing nothing. It's now uncommon to be comfortable doing nothing, maybe even being together in #silence. When I agree to spend time with my high activity friends I am exhausted from beginning to end. The topics they discuss are nonstop, emotionally provocative, and (to me) lacking in depth of thought.

Well that's it. I'm avoiding friends & family who can't sit still. I have been there & I think I understand it. & It's not me now.

-> The entire Western media turns overnight to focus solely on what's happening in Israel, as if Israel were their sacred god! Where’s justice? Where’s the conscience of the world? Innocent lives are being lost while we witness international silence that’s both shameful & complicit.
