Yes. There's an interesting discussion to be had (though not at this time of the morning) about the interplay between reduced smoking rates and changing attitudes to smoking.
Smoking is offensive to non-smokers. Therefore, the fewer people smoke, the less acceptable and attractive smoking becomes. Equally, when #smoking is seen in a more negative light, fewer people smoke.
Cigarettes and sunscreen. The odd sight in a local brasserie highlighting a serious policy failure - and sinking my faith in humanity.
