Between March 25 and April 3, OSINT accounts tracked 95 cargo and air refueling flights to air bases in the Middle East conducted by the U.S. Air Force's Air Mobility Command (AMC).

The list includes at least two dozen C-17 and C-5 flights from Osan Air Base, South Korea. They are known to have carried several U.S. Army MIM-104 "Patriot" surface-to-air missile batteries and a THAAD ballistic missile defense system.

Die heutige „Westfälische #Friedenskonferenz“ macht deutlich: als 1648 in #Münster die Grundlage des modernen #Völkerrecht|s gelegt wurde („System von Westfalen“), war an die 🇺🇸 als Staat noch weit mehr als 100 Jahre nicht zu denken (Unabhängigkeitserklärung 1776, Verfassung 1787). Die #USA sind also altersmäßig ein „Newcomer“, manche sagen auch „Halbstarker“ auf der Weltbühne!
Ob #Trump und seine Spießgesellen das wohl gerne hören?

Radio Free Europe says Washington shut off its Russian broadcast despite restraining order.

Washington has switched off a satellite transmitting the US-funded Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty into Russia.

Although the station won a temporary restraining order against US President Donald Trump's funding freeze, it is still waiting to receive the $77 million it needs to keep running until October.

"It made me wonder how Miller plans to prove that someone “illegally” entered our country — it’s not an invasion no matter how many times he says it, that’s a whole different thing — if he doesn’t believe in due process. What if a bizarro future Democratic president claimed he’s illegal? He does spend an awful lot of time yelling on television in a way that reminds me of this Austrian guy. Are we sure he’s American by birth?

Wait, stop, he’s not allowed to dispute it or prove otherwise. That would be due process and application of the rule of law. Miller seems to want the government to be judge, jury, and executioner without the need for the public process that has defined our country for the past 250 years.

When I say 250 years, I’m not exaggerating. Due process — the principle that allows people to defend themselves against accusations by the government and have their day in court — has to some extent defined America’s values since before the Founding.

While we haven’t always perfectly lived up to the ideal of guaranteeing that everybody is innocent until proven guilty — think slavery, Jim Crow, Japanese interment, or the Red Scare — it’s always been one of the lodestars of the American ethos."
