In Norway, we are used to road tolls being a major issue in national politics. In 2019, the backlash against urban road tolls led to the rise of a new party in local elections, and almost to the collapse of the rightwing national government. But NY's toll cordon is taking on an even bigger role.
How road taxes divide the public is also apparent in our new survey, were we have mapped attitudes towards road tolls and road pricing in Norway.
