there's a lot of trust in norway. case: i bought a car. "my" sales-dude wasn't going to be there when i came to pick it up so he just said "frank'll be there"
there's frank. i point to the car and say "'i'm here to pick up that one".
Frank: keys are in there, drive safely!
three days later i get a verification from the bank that the money was paid. that day.
they let me leave with the car. without ID check, and without actual money.
sometimes my country is all right.
