Erst ein paar Wochen zuvor war ich aus der Haft entlassen worden. Das wurden etwas "aufregende" Tage. Für alle: denn ich verbrachte die Feiertage damit, viele mails zu schreiben. An den Geschäftsführer des örtlichen Jobcenters, Sachbearbeitende, uvm.Dann der erste Arbeitstag nach Weihnachten. Mein Handy war auf stumm, ich hatte den Vormittag bei Gericht verbracht. Seit meiner Entlassung aus dem Gefängnis bin ich als Bufdi bei <a href="https://freiburg.social/@RDL" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@RDL</a> beschäftigt, einem Freien Radio in Freiburg, und besuche Prozesse um über diese für den Sender zu berichten. Als ich das Handy wieder anschaltete waren da zig "entgangene Anrufe" des Jobcenters.Also rief ich zurück. Eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin der Widerspruchsstelle sagte mir, ich bräuchte mir keine Sorgen machen, es sei alles ein Kommunikatiosproblem gewesen, ich bekäme unverändert alle Leistungen.Die nunmehr jüngste Weiterbewilligung des Bürgergelds wurde dann binnen zweier Werktage bewilligt!Ich weiß um mein Glück: zum einen habe ich Freund:innen die mir im Notfall helfen würden, zum anderen ist mir, haftbedingt, der Umgang mit schwerfälligen Behörden vertraut- und ich verfüge über die Ressourcen mich rechtlich zu wehren.Viel zu vielen Betroffenen fehlt es daran, viel zu viele fallen am Ende durch die weiten Maschen des sozialen Netzes!
