In <a href="https://sueden.social/tags/Bayern" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Bayern</span></a> hat der <a href="https://sueden.social/tags/VerfGH" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>VerfGH</span></a> eine ähnliche Regelung 1958 allerdings gekippt, weil die <a href="https://sueden.social/tags/W%C3%A4hlbarkeit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Wählbarkeit</span></a> dort abschließend in der <a href="https://sueden.social/tags/Verfassung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Verfassung</span></a> geregelt ist.
