AnthonyDense Blazing Star - Normally the bright purple plume on top is the star of the show (swear I didn’t mean to make a pun there) but here I wanted to show off the way the new blooms are speckled in with the layers of leaves down the plant. AnthonyI got my first prime AF lens yesterday. The Viltrox 23mm f/1.4 I’ve just been using manual focus and vintage lenses up until now. I still like manual lenses but it’s nice having a lazy mode for quick snaps here and there. I like the photos that it renders so far. Good subject isolation and bokeh. Snappy AF. It even takes 52mm filters which is the majority of what I own, so I’m sporting that Tiffen Glimmerglass. Photos are SooC.
