Partizipation<p>***Weiterleitung***<br>Alternativ wohnen</p><p>Ihr Lieben,</p><p>Die Alte Mühle Gömnigk sucht Menschen, die Lust haben, bei uns zu wohnen... Ganz aktuell haben wir mehrere Optionen für eine Zwischenmiete ab September/Oktober. Kommt gerne vorbei (siehe Termine für Kennenlerntage ) oder schreibt uns. Ihr helft uns auch ungemein wenn ihr den Text in eure Netzwerke streut. Besten Dank!</p><p>Hast Du keine Lust den grauen Herbst und Winter in der großen Stadt zu verbringen? Dann komm doch für ein halbes Jahr auf’s Land und verbring die Zeit in der wundervollen alten Mühle in Gömnigk mit lieben Menschen. Ab September suchen wir vier Mitbewohnis zur Zwischenmiete für ein halbes Jahr. Und wer weiß, vielleicht wird ja auch was Langfristiges draus?!</p><p>Wir sind eine vielfältige Gemeinschaft aus derzeit etwa 20 Erwachsenen und 12 Kindern und Jugendlichen zwischen 1 und 14 Jahren. Unser Alltag ist geprägt von individuellen Lebenswegen: Einige vqon uns sind angestellt, andere selbstständig, manche leben temporär mit Unterstützung vom Amt. Wir sind alleinerziehend, leben in kleinen Familien, in Partnerschaften oder als Einzelpersonen. Was uns verbindet, ist die Idee, diesen Ort gemeinsam zu gestalten – mit allem, was dazugehört: Verantwortung, Gestaltungslust, Baustellen, Rückzug und Austausch.</p><p>Derzeit befinden wir uns in einer intensiven Bauphase: Das Wohnhaus wird umfassend umgebaut, Instandhaltung ist fester Bestandteil unseres Alltags. Gleichzeitig entstehen neue Projekte – und andere reifen seit Jahren.</p><p>Dazu gehören:</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Gemüseanbau nach Permakulturprinzipien</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ein Agroforstprojekt</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ein sich entwickelnder Waldgarten</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; der Umbau von Monokulturwald hin zu einem widerstandsfähigen Mischwald</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Werkstätten für Metall, Holz und Fahrrad</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ein interner Späti, der manchmal zum öffentlichen Tresen wird</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ein Umsonstladen</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Infrastruktur für externe Gruppen</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ein großer Veranstaltungsraum für Konzerte, Theater, Filme und politische Veranstaltungen</p><p>Wir engagieren uns regional gegen den gesellschaftlichen Rechtsruck, setzen uns ein für ökologische Bauweisen und Artenschutz und betreiben unsere Infrastruktur so ressourcenschonend wie möglich – auch wenn nicht immer alles ideal läuft. Perfekt sind wir nicht. Aber lebendig.</p><p>Unsere Ernährung bewegt sich irgendwo zwischen Bio, vegan und Tiefkühlpizza: Wir kaufen gemeinsam bio-vegetarisch/vegane Vorräte, gemeinsame Mahlzeiten sind vegan – aber im Alltag isst jede*r, wie es passt. Momentan gibt es keine regelmäßigen Küfa-Abende. Auch sonst ist es mal lebendig und eng, mal ruhig und leer. Es gibt Bausamstage, gemeinsame Holzaktionen, Tanz im Späti – und Phasen, in denen alle mehr ihre Ruhe brauchen.</p><p>Wenn dich das alles anspricht, komm gerne zu einem unserer Kennenlerntreffen an einem 03. Partizipation<p>Wohn- und Gartenprojekt zu Übernahme</p><p>Hi ihr Lieben,</p><p>Wir haben 2022 eine Gärtnerei im wunderschönen Grebenau übernommen und diese dann zu einem Airbnb mit Indoor Pool umgebaut. </p><p>Ursprünglich wurde die Gärtnerei 1980 als Gemüsegärtnerei gebaut, über die Jahre kamen 3 beheizte Gewächshäuser und diverse Pflanzen dazu.<br>Im Außengelände entsteht ein Food Forest nach Permakultur Prinzipien und unsere Bienen fühlen sich auch sehr wohl. Hier befinden sich auch unser Windrad, ein Tipi und ein Tiny House es bleibt aber auch noch viel Spielraum für eigene Ideen - Insgesamt 2000qm Bauland stehen zur Verfügung.</p><p>Durch eine Erkankung müssen wir uns leider verkleinern und uns ruft es in den Hohen Norden von Schweden.
