Darin stellt sie den aktuellen Stand der Forschung zu diesem Krankheitsbild dar. Derzeit gibt es keine speziell für die Behandlung von #MECFS zugelassenen Medikamente oder Therapieverfahren. Wegen des hohen Leidendrucks der Betroffenen fordert die #DGN interdisziplinäre Versorgungsstrukturen.

#ChronicFatigue has been bad recently, so in lieu of making progress here is a list of in-progress #ttrpg projects that I'm looking forward to working on more:
* A haunting smell of brie: Module - people vanishing at night in the cheese caves.
* #FierceAndFutile: quick colourful character backgrounds for old school RPGs
* #SpinetoothOasis solo playthrough / write up
* A fallen star in the sea of decay: Nausicaa hexcrawl / crashed spaceship module
