@RealJournalism Lots of talking points there but pretty fact free. My son works in a facility that receives NIH monies. 15-25% overhead is an unworkable pipe dream.

Businesses who hire consultants to help them downsize? Great analogy: you bring in the consultant, ask them what time it is, they take your watch, tell you the time, and keep your watch.

I suspect poor little rich boy Mullins just want more attention from his orange daddy, maybe to get an appointment to a position in his admin. What an awful choice by Oklahoma Republicans. He makes Tuberville look competent. #Oklahoma #MarkwayneMullin.
