Bill Cliton (our coffee grinder, duh) was making some screeching sounds.

Took him apart for a checkup, but all three stages of planetary gears are ok, some metal dust on the lowest from wear, perhaps too much wear.

I cleaned away the dirty grease and applied fresh and he grinds smoother now but still made a screech after getting warm.

Perhaps just too summerly for the poor old guy. He's 18 months old now and ground at least 4 cups of coffee every day.

On the upside, a replacement geared motor is about €4 with shipping from China.

After playing Gears 4 and 5 multiplayer for so long, going back to the original Gears of War multiplayer feels SO WEIRD lol

I played a little bit of GoW Ultimate Edition in preparation for the Reloaded beta later today. It’s still an enjoyable and fun experience but definitely lacks some of the polish of the later games.
