Dunstaffnage Castle, not quite horizontal haha. Using mixed Ultramarine und Burnt Umbra for the Stones make them more alive than paynes grey I guess.

two small scenes from a friends porch in mass this weekend. the star of the show here, apparently, are house plants. one seemingly leafless and stick-y, another with exaggerated leaves, clearly an out-of-towner.
