Always good to just be able to sit down, take it easy, and have a lil game night with pals!
This was a commission for Avery!
I like #MarioKartWorld but these Kamek unlocks are driving me nuts. I've played Dry Bones -> Toad's Factory and Koopa Troopa Beach 20 times each at least now. Got 1/3 of the unlocks here so far. I think there's still more.
Doesn't seem possible to 'cheese' it in vs mode either
Yesterday was a good day for #gaming on my #NintendoSwitch!
Mario Kart World's setup is so odd, they made this whole giant cohesive map, shoved Free Roam at the bottom of the main menu.
Between Stickers and Manual. then made the "default" modes standard MK courses that don't really show off the map and come off as oddly boring. The "world map" basically translates to sorta straight line intermission courses in the grand prix.
Surely it always meant to be more like burnout paradise/Forza Horizon but they backed out?
Publisher: "We've got a New Mode!"
Me: "Is it Battle Royale?"
Publisher: "Haha, it's a fun mode Ma'am, just play it."
Look inside.
Battle Royale.
Okay, I relent. The Baby Mario characters belong in Mario Kart.
I just heard Baby Daisy laugh with infantile glee at obliterating another racer with a bullet.
This is the essence of Mario Kart: A spiteful, horrible baby in a state of aggressive, delirious glee.
I'm so glad Baby Daisy retains Daisy's iconic catchphrase:
"Okay!"
Look at this brat.
This LITERAL brat.
You think this is funny?
This is a felony.
Where is your license??
You're 1.
How the FUCK do Baby Peach et al get a driver's license??
#mario #mariokart #mariokartworld
I can't believe I'm running over civilians in a #mariokart game
So Mario Kart World was totally meant to be Open World FIRST and they had to rush to make it Grand Prix focused, classic style, right?
There's no other explanation for why Free Roam is so massive yet with almost no trackers, progression, pause menu?
I'm in the new Mario Kart ^^
Let's-a-go!
Blur is a 2010 racing game that incorporates real world cars with arcade style handling and vehicular combat like in Mario Kart.
Out of the 8 available powerups, 5 of them are weapons, with the remaining ones being a defensive shield, a repair wrench that restores any damage that the car may have sustained, and a nitrous boost.
The game is a spiritual successor to the Project Gotham Racing series.
