Had a bit of a cringey thing happen from yesterday.

My soon-to-be ex husband (3 more weeks) is visiting for a few days, so he can bring his cat to the veterinarian for teeth cleaning, and to get away from Littleton, Colorado (in the Denver metro area) for a bit.

Yesterday and then also tonight, he told me that he appealed to his aunt on a concern. He gets a lower allotment of Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) than I do. He asked his aunt to pay me $100 USD per month so that I will not finalize the divorce, and stay married. That way, when I pass on, he will get the higher amount.

Ummm, no? We're divorcing for a reason!
